The NBA announced the All Rookie first team on Wednesday afternoon. Blake Griffin this years Rookie of the Year and the first pick of the 2010 NBA draft John Wall also made the team. The Kings’ DeMarcus Cousins and Spurs' Gary Neal filled out the rest of the team.
Fields was a candidate for Rookie of the Year, but his struggle to end the season took him out of the running. Fields averaged 9.2 points per game to go along with 6.4 rebounds to lead all NBA guards. He really came out strong and won many games for the Knicks with late scoring and great rebounding.
