Johan Santana went 3 innings allowing two hits with three strikeouts. He was in control the entire time as he dominated the hitters with his great pitching. He seems ready to rejoin the Mets as he really was sharp tonight. The Mets have to be excited to get him back this season to help this team go forward. Santana threw just 33 pitches, he was expected to throw 45 pitches.
