Capuano has struggled recently as he has given up 38 runs in his last ten starts. He is really struggling and his problem has been giving up homeruns as he has allowed 19 homeruns this season. The Mets need to continue their winning against a tough team.
The Braves will send Tim Hudson to the mound as he looks for his 14th win. Hudson is coming off a win in which he went seven innings allowing just three hits on zero runs. He is pitching very well and over the last ten game Hudson is 7-1 with a 2.29 ERA. He is dominating every team he is facing and is putting his team in the proper position to win the game. The Mets will have another uphill battle against a tough NL pitcher. They have to get contact tonight and drive the ball through the gaps in order to win.
