Breaking News; Jason Bay pulled after three innings

The New York Mets pulled Jason Bay after three innings tonight after he returned to the lineup this afternoon. Bay is said to be still suffering from an illness. He was replaced in left field by Nick Evans who was playing first base. The Mets would bring in Josh Satin to play first base.
