The NBA announced today that they have postponed training camps and cancelled 43 preseason games. Training camps were supposed to have opened on October 3rd, but now have been suspended until further notice. The preseason games from October 9th through October 15th have been cancelled and the rest of the preseason will be decided on October 1st.

"We have regretfully reached the point on the calendar where we are not able to open training camps on time and need to cancel the first week of preseason games," said NBA Deputy Commissioner Adam Silver. "We will make further decisions as warranted."
