Chris Broussard wrote on Twitter that sources have told him that the NBA and the players union will meet on Wednesday. The NBA lockout has been very quiet and the progress of the meetings have been silent. David Stern and Derek Fisher have stated that they will not talk to the media about any progress of the meetings. Pre-season starts Sunday, October 9th and many do not see the lockout being over by then. Hopefully the two sides can agree sooner rather than later and bring basketball back.
