The New England Patriots offensive tackle Marcus Cannon was interviewed for the first time by the Patriots media today. Cannon was on the PUP list after he was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He was drafted in the fifth round of the 2011 draft out of TCU. Cannon told reporters that he is in “full remission”. He also stated that the toughest thing he suffered with was going back and forth to Texas for treatment. Now Cannon has to build up his strength again as he works with the strength and conditioning coaches.
