According to the Boston Globe the Patriots can be without star linebacker Jerod Mayo for the next six weeks. This is a major lost for the Patriots defense who have struggled all season. Mayo is out with a MCL sprain and is really going to be missed by his teammates. Dane Fletcher and Gary Guyton will see time at the linebacker position.
