Breaking News; McCourty out weeks with injury

The Patriots are expected to have CB Devin McCourty examined today after he took a horrific hit from his teammate Sterling Moore. McCourty took awhile to get up, but was able to walk off the field under his own power. According to Albert Beers of the NFL Network he is reporting that McCourty could be out for a few weeks with a separated shoulder. Coach Bill Belichick stated that there wasn’t any new information regarding McCourty. This is a major blow to the Patriots defense who is experiencing injury after injury. Phillip Adams, Antwaun Molden and Moore are the only healthy cornerbacks available to start opposite Kyle Arrington. Check back here for more information regarding McCourty’s health
