It is halftime at Gillette Stadium where the Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots are currently in tight game. The Patriots jumped out to a early lead after a 39 yard field goal by Stephen Gostkowski. The Colts would later cap off a 19 play drive with a 31 yard field goal by former Patriot Adam Vinatieri. The game would remain tied until Tom Brady found Rob Gronkowski for a 11 yard touchdown pass. This was the eleventh touchdown reception for Gronkowski for the season. That touchdown capped off a 16 play drive that lasted 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
The Patriots would close out the second quarter driving the ball down the field before BenJarvus Green-Ellis was able to find the end zone on a one yard run. The Patriots had two touchdowns within 2:44 of each other. The Patriots went into halftime with a 17-3 lead.
