Heat plan to sign Eddy Curry

The Miami Heat will sign center Eddy Curry tomorrow after he spent the last three seasons struggling with injuries and his personal life. Curry spent five seasons with the Knicks as their starting center. He had his best season with the Knicks in ‘06-‘07 when he averaged a career high 19.5 points per game. That season he was overlooked in the all-star voting and soon thereafter his career went downhill. He also struggled in his personal life as he lost both his 10-month daughter, Ava, and his daughters mother. They were both killed in the Southside of Chicago. Curry will have plenty of motivation in Miami and can possibly rebuild his name as a basketball player.
