According to reports, F Jared Jeffries has told Knicks officials that he plans on resigning with the team. The Knicks will more than likely sign him to a one year deal to keep cap space for next season. Last week Tommy Dee of the Knicks blog wrote that Jeffries was going to re-sign with the Knicks. Most Knick fans who watched game 2 of last years playoffs know that Jeffries cost them that game. The Knicks need size and a defensive presence. Jeffries brings both and is very versatile considering his terrible offensive skills. This is just a sign the Knicks had to make considering their lack of size.
