Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports is reporting that the Warriors “believe they have lost out on Chandler”. Shortly after that tweet Marc Stein of ESPN says that source close to Chandler believes that there is a 98% chance the Knicks get Chandler.
The New York Knicks have somehow managed their way into the eye of Tyson Chandler. According to Ken Berger of CBS Sports the Knicks are now in the lead to acquire Chandler. He is the best center in this year’s free agency class and this move could cost the Knicks lots of money. This is stunning news because the Knicks came out of no where wanting to acquire Chandler. So far the Golden State Warriors have offered Chandler the best contract.
This signing could cost the Knicks Chauncey Billups and or any hopes of getting Chris Paul next summer. Check back for more information
