Carmelo Anthony doubtful for tomorrow’s game

Jonah Ballow is reporting that Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony is doubtful for tomorrow’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Anthony injured his right ankle trying to grab a rebound and accidently sprained it. Earlier in the game Anthony sprained his left wrist, but was able to keep playing after he had it taped.

If Anthony misses the game tomorrow the Knicks will have a huge hole at that position. The likely candidate to receive more playing time would be Steve Novak or Renaldo Balkman. Both can play that position and both bring different abilities to the floor.

Also, Ballow is reporting that the Knicks have upgraded Jared Jeffries status to questionable.
