After today’s loss to the Giants the New York Mets announced that they have optioned Jeremy Hefner back to the Buffalo Bison. They also announced that they have called up IF Jordany Valdespin.
In today’s game against the Giants Hefner threw three scoreless innings allowing 3 hits and a walk. He really looked sharp out there and expect him to be a call up if someone is placed on the disabled list.
