Heat win NBA Title; Beat Thunder 121-106

The Miami Heat have won their second NBA Championship tonight in a blow out win over the Oklahoma City Thunder. This game was over by the end of the third quarter. The Heat put on one of the best shooting performances tonight as they shot 14 of 26 from behind the arc. Those 14 three pointers made tied an NBA record for threes hit in a playoff game.

LeBron James was utterly unstoppable tonight. James powered his way into the painted area and destroyed the weak interior defense of the Thunder. James would capture a triple-double tonight with his 26 points, 13 assists, and 11 rebounds. This was an amazing run by James during these playoffs. Every night he played his hardest to get the job done and he did. James would be named Finals MVP and it was well deserved.

The Heat not only had a showing from James, but the role players really stepped up for their team tonight. Mike Miller, Shane Battier, and Mario Chalmers combined to hit 12 three pointers tonight. All three scored for their team in big spots of this game and never stopped hitting those threes. Tonight they all proved that they are real champions because they were able to step up for their team in the biggest game of the season.

This was an amazing series by both teams, but the Miami Heat proved that they were ready for their moment and seized it. Congratulations to the Miami Heat on a well deserved win. LeBron James finally has a championship and the Heat are World Champions for the second time in franchise history. Heat win the series 4-1.
