Today the New York Mets announced that they have sent RF Lucas Duda down to Triple-A Buffalo. This move has been speculation for a couple of days, and today the Mets made the move official.
Duda was hampered by a hamstring injury, but his numbers have been on the decline for a while now. Jordany Valdespin has been an excellent addition to the team and he will likely see most of his time in right field.
