Johan Santana activated from DL
Today the New York Mets have activated Johan Santana from the 15-day disabled list. Santana was originally placed on the disabled list on July 21st when he was suffering from a right ankle sprain.
With Santana being activated the Mets have designated LHP Garrett Olson for assignment.
