Tough game to watch tonight. The Indiana Pacers really out played the New York Knicks. From the start the Pacers really were able to play with energy and stayed a step ahead of the Knicks.
This loss really shows how inconsistent the Knicks have been over the past couple of months. The defense was futile the entire night.
With the trade deadline tomorrow it will be interesting to see if the Knicks make a move. They have said that they will not make a deal, but after tonight, they have to be concerned about the team. This is not about tonight, but a trend that is starting to develop.
Tyson Chandler scored 19 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Chandler was able to draw fouls and get to the line. His play was a rare bright spot tonight.
Overall this was a tough game for the Knicks. They continue to struggle and now have lost three straight games.
The Knicks will next face the Toronto Raptors on Friday night, looking to snap out of a tough losing streak.
