The San Antonio Spurs put forth the best shooting performance in NBA Finals history tonight. The Spurs would connect on 16 three pointers. That great shooting would lead to a 111-79 win over the Heat.
Danny Green and Gary Neal were the two unstoppable factors tonight. Green would connect on seven three-pointers while Neal would connect on six three-pointers. This was a very dominating performance by both of them. They did everything right tonight and helped get the Spurs the series lead yet again.
The Heat struggled tonight, but expect them to comeback from this. LeBron James had a rare bad performance as he scored 15 points. James had a team low in plus/minus with a minus 32 rating tonight. He definitely will improve for the next game.
Tonight’s performances by Green and Neal were nothing short of amazing. They came out and put the Heat away with excellent outside scoring. With the injury to Tony parker, they came up big for the Spurs. The Spurs now lead 2-1 in this best of seven series. They have control, but the Heat will fight back in game four. Expect a much closer game on Thursday.
