The Miami Heat lead the Chicago Bulls 54-33 at halftime.
- LeBron James: 9 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists
- Shane Battier: 11 points including 3 for 3 from three point range
- Derrick Rose: 7 points and 4 turnovers
- Carlos Boozer: 19 points and 5 rebounds
- Chris Bosh: 8 points and 3 rebounds
Overall the Heat have dominated the Bulls in the first half to say the least. The Heat’s hot shooting was a real difference along with dominance in finding the open man. Seven three-pointers and 15 assists in the first half, makes the challenge even greater for Chicago.
Rose looked solid early, but his play tailed off mid-way through the first quarter. He had some highlight plays, but couldn’t find any consistency.
If the Bulls can’t cut the deficit within the first five minutes in the third quarter, the game will be over.
