Blazers wrote on Twitter: “X-ray's confirm Portland G CJ McCollum sustained a fractured 5th metatarsal bone in his left foot at practice on Saturday at the practice facility. A date for surgery has not been determined. Prognosis for his return will be made post surgery.”
