Memphis Grizzlies forward Ed Davis has been fined $15,000 for making excessive
and unnecessary contact with Houston Rockets forward Donatas Motiejunas, it was announced today by Rod Thorn, President, Basketball Operations.
The incident, for which Davis was assessed a Flagrant Foul 2 and ejected, occurred with 8:42 remaining in the fourth quarter of the Rockets’ 92-73 win over the Grizzlies on Friday, Oct. 25, at FedEx Forum.
