New York Knickerbockers President General Manager Steve Mills announced today that the team has assigned guard Chris Smith to the Erie Bayhawks of the NBA Development League.
Smith, 6-2, 200-pounds, has not appeared on a game since signing as a free agent on Sep. 10, 2013.
