The New York Knicks gave injury updates regarding guards Raymond Felton and Iman Shumpert.
Felton will miss the next 2-3 weeks with a left hamstring strain after an MRI was performed earlier today. Felton has struggled this season averaging 10.3 points and 5.2 assists.
Shumpert, who was injured during the game last night as he ran into Mike Dunleavy, is day-to-day with a bruised left knee. That is the same knee Shumpert had major surgery on two seasons ago. Shumpert, like Felton, has struggled this season as his averages sit at 6.9 points and 4.3 rebounds per game.
These injuries will pave the way for increased playing time for Pablo Prigioni, Beno Udrih, and possibly Toure Murry.
