Noah leads Bulls over Knicks 109-90

The New York Knicks lost their sixth consecutive game today to the Chicago Bulls. This game was literally over from the start as the Knicks fell behind by 25 points early in this game. From that point on the Knicks would make some runs, but the Bulls always had an answer. The Bulls would go on to win 109-90.

Joakim Noah was the source for the Bulls today as he racked up 14 assists. The Bulls ran the same exact play over and over again on the Knicks and they failed to stop it. Noah also scored 13 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in 37 minutes today.

The Bulls as a team had seven players score in double figures for what was a very dominating performance to say the least.

D.J. Augustin came in off the bench and really gave the Bulls excellent guard play. Augustin found open space and also was able to have easy openings to the rim resulting in scoring plays.

There are no words for what the Knicks did on defense today. After their start to the game, one would think they would fight back into this game, but that never happened. After every blown assignment, the Knicks players react to just blaming each other, rather than just raising their hand to say “my fault”. This season is OVER. After today’s performance Mike Woodson may finally be headed out the door.

The Bulls showed today that they are one of the best all around teams. They have the perfect complements of players. And the players believe in the coach. They came out strong and took it to the Knicks every chance they got.
