The Hornets will hold a four-day mini-camp at Time Warner Cable Arena from Monday, July 7 through Thursday, July 10.
Following the mini-camp in Charlotte, the Hornets will begin summer league play on Friday, July 11, when they face the Golden State Warriors at 5:30 p.m. ET. The Hornets will then play the Sacramento Kings on Sunday, July 13 at 3:00 p.m. ET, before facing the New York Knicks on Monday, July 14 at 1:00 p.m. ET. After each of the participating teams has played in three games, they will be seeded for a tournament culminating in the 2014 Summer League Championship game on Monday, July 21. A consolation round will be held for teams failing to advance in order to ensure that each team plays a minimum of five games.
NBA TV will televise all 67 games of the Samsung NBA Summer League, with 38 games airing live, including the Hornets’ July 13 and 14 games. In addition, hornets.com will provide comprehensive coverage of Summer League, including game recaps.
